6. User Accounts

7. User-Generated Content

All data you enter into your Application Tracker (saved opportunities, notes, deadlines, etc.) remains your property. You retain all ownership rights to this data.

7.2 Testimonials and Feedback

By submitting a testimonial or feedback to ReviseWizard, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your testimonial in marketing materials, on our website, and in other promotional activities. If you mark your testimonial as "public," it will be displayed anonymously to all users.

7.3 Blog Posts

If you are an admin or contributor, you retain ownership of blog posts you create. By publishing a post, you grant ReviseWizard a license to display, distribute, and archive the content. You warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7.4 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, or harassing
• Contains spam, malware, or malicious code
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains explicit sexual content or violence
• Promotes discrimination based on protected characteristics

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The materials on ReviseWizard are owned or controlled by ReviseWizard or by other parties that have licensed their materials to ReviseWizard. You are not permitted to:

These listings are used under terms agreed with these third parties. We do not verify the accuracy of all listings. For employment inquiries, you should contact the employer directly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviseWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of ReviseWizard to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ReviseWizard in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. No Employment Relationship

ReviseWizard is a platform that connects job seekers with opportunities. Use of our Service does not create an employment relationship between you and ReviseWizard or any employer. All employment relationships are between you and the employer directly.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReviseWizard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Your user-generated content or submissions
• Your interactions with other users or employers

13. Modifications to Terms
